I currently work with individuals 13+. Most of my experience is in working with adolescents and young adults who are doing the difficult work of establishing who they are as an individual within and outside of their family of origin. I support individual clients who are struggling with depression, anxiety, impacts of trauma, life transitions, relationship issues, sexuality, and stress management.

Telehealth services are currently available for residents of Washington state.
I'm currently in search of an office space within North Seattle. In the meantime, I am able to offer in-person walk-and-talk sessions for those within the North Seattle area.

Rates
My fee for a standard 50-minute session is $150.00
15 minute consultation call: $0
Cancellation Policy: If you miss a session without canceling or cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you'll be charged the full session fee of $150.
Insurance
I am a private pay / out-of-network provider, which means that I do not bill insurance. Upon request, I will provide you with a monthly invoice that you can submit to your insurance company for potential partial reimbursement. Contact your insurance company to learn if you have out-of-network coverage. Here is guide with a list of questions to ask.
